Why Spamming Wastes Years of Your Blogging Life and Always Ends in Failure

Seems odd to me that I need to write posts like these.

Most bloggers have covered why you should not spam, from every angle, explaining in depth why this painfully common but always failing strategy never works. Alas, a high percentage of bloggers spam fellow bloggers every hour of every day.

I want to teach bloggers why spamming never works, to influence bloggers to cease spamming.

A few moments ago I scanned my spam folder. Once again, the same few folks emailed spam after spam. Except these folks believed the emails found inboxes. Ouch. Every single one of their emails, carefully and lovingly crafted, found my spam folder because I labeled ONE of their emails as spam, days, weeks or months, prior.

Imagine that? Someone tags one of your emails as spam and the years of blood, sweat, tears and hard work you put in become wasted virtually 100% of the time if enough people send your emails to spam. Who cares how hard you work? Every email goes to spam. Who cares how long you work? Every email goes to spam. Bloggers may work long and hard for 5 years every single day. If every one of your emails goes to spam, you will not succeed because few people read spam.

Virtually all of your hard work winds up in the cyber trash. Frustrated, you quit blogging. Perhaps you blame blogging for not working. But this is not blogging’s fault. Blogging is neutral. You made the error. You made the mistake. You chose to spam people by scraping their email and sending them unsolicited emails. You promised to send valuable blogging tips but began emailing subscribers business-pitch emails 3 times daily. Everything is your fault.

Spamming wastes years of your life and ALWAYS ends in failure because if nobody sees you, your business dies. If nobody hears you, your business dies. Winding up in spam folders around the globe guarantees nobody sees you or hears you. Failure follows. Quitting follows. Even if you do amazing work, and toil long and hard, you fail and quit every time, because no one sees you or hears you if all of your emails go to spam.

The solution is quite simple. Learn how to attract money through service versus chasing money through spamming. Big mindset shift, but it is the only way to prosper online from a peaceful, calm, relaxed energy.

The Solution?

Grow your blogging business organically by publishing helpful content designed to solve your reader’s problems. Bond with successful bloggers in your niche by helping them and asking for nothing in return. Open multiple streams of income. Promote yourself freely. Doing these things generously, patiently and persistently over 100’s to 1000’s of hours allows your blogging business to grow slowly, steadily and organically.

What eventually happens? Business flows to you. Creating and connecting generously allows traffic and money to flow to you. Spammers chase money, trying to force people to give them money, taking the manipulative, inorganic route. All fail because if you chase money, money runs away from you.

Money is shy, retiring and coy. First, you make yourself attractive to money by generously creating targeted content, by bonding genuinely with top bloggers in your niche and by opening multiple income streams and promoting yourself freely. Being generous, genuine, patient and persistent, money flows to you, as you become desirable to money, or, an energetic match to money.

Spamming never works, long term. Being generous, genuine and persistent from a posturing energy always works, long term. Build your blogging business the right way. Stop spamming. Start serving.
