I know you didn’t get the definition right. Now, read it again four more times.
Different people best understand in different ways.
I hope you know that?
For some, it may be true that a diagram is worth a thousand words. But not everybody prefers graphics.
Transforming ideas into language is not easy. Ideas usually are not linear.
Writing With the Reader In Mind
Empathy writing is simply writing with the reader in mind. It has advantages for the writer as well as for the reader. Empath writing helps the writer think about the problem from the reader’s point of view. It helps the reader to recover the ideas and their relationships from the words of the writer.
As an empath writer, it is your duty to help the reader to uncover the original ideas from the linear sequence. Large ideas are constructed out of smaller ideas, which are constructed in turnout of still smaller ones. Empathy writers try to read the feelings of their readers even without reading.
They feel their readers good and bad, knowing what to write and how to structure it. The reader may be smiling, but they know absolutely when they are anxious or depressed.
Think Of It In This Way
“The writer must help the reader to uncover the original ideas and their problems from the linear sequence. This type of writing can be stressful and confusing. Those who practice it get drained of energy. It could be just taking on too much from others, which even sleep will not cure.
At a point, they become a dumping ground for everyone else’s issues and problems, which, if they’re not careful can end up as their own. They can suffer emotional pain if they don’t get quiet time.

Why Empathy Writers Suffer Emotional Pain
1. Picking Up Stories
They are more willing to pick up another’s feelings and project it back without realizing its origin in the first place. This alone can fire them up. Writing things out can be releasing emotions. Empathy writers can develop an even stronger degree of understanding so that they can find peace in most situations.
The downside is that they may bottle up emotions and build barriers so as to not let others know of their innermost thoughts and/or feelings. This can hurt so much. They may not write about this or let this out to someone or else they can trust you.
2. The Self-expressive Nature
These guys can express for the whole world. This can be a bad attitude when what they criticised most times turns back to them. They may have few problems writing about their feelings if another cares to read even when they read the life of others and give birth to solutions to their problems.
This makes them look gullible, appearing ignorant. When this happens, some can be very good at blocking out others and that’s not always a bad thing for them. This is usually true if they recognize they should own their feets.
3. They Engineer Information Overload
They can encounter information overload in their system while researching.
This act makes them suffer emotional pain in the cause of trying to live the life of others.
Their love to learn and know about others and genuinely care can make them never talk about themselves much.
They openly feel what is outside of them more so than what is inside of them and this can cause them to ignore their own needs.
4. Instant Sensitivity
Violence showing shocking scenes of physical or emotional pain inflicted on people or something can easily bring tears. Many a time they feel choked by their tears. This makes them struggle in the face of another’s ignorance. They simply cannot justify the suffering they feel and see.
As they ponder with their thoughts, they wish to communicate, making the structure explicit, and keeping the words and language simple but they fall. Empathy writing can be difficult to practice.
We have special needs. If you’re one of us, it’s important to honor your needs and communicate them to your loved ones. Those who practice it are lifesavers. Empathy writing is simple, it is difficult.
Writing well is partly a matter of sparing a thought for the reader.
Due to an endless imagination, inquisitive minds and ever-expanding knowledge they can be smart storytellers.
I love empath writers because they can be old romantics at heart and very gentle.
They are versatile in knowledge and can also be good keepers of ancestral knowledge and family history.
